I'm not that sporty as for me. Well, I must say not at all
I've tried several sports since the age of 7-8, but I did not really love one of them. I kinda liked swimming though, but that's the only one... Since last year, I've been used to going to the university walking... That's all. I've lost 10 kgs in 2 and a half months though, just doing that. 
Physical conditioning can be a very nice advantage which is something I've noticed. I can pull of things most people simply can't.
my two pennies though. maybe it's good and I just don't get it.
You shouldn't get into that stress at all, dear, take care of yourself!
