Did you ever hear me and my friends version of House Of The Rising Sun? I think I did a decent vocal job on it. He lacked some rythm with his guitar though.

If you have the same GarageBand version and it's installed in the same folder (e.g. C/Program Files/GarageBand would not be compatible with C/Programme/GarageBand), then I can't see why not. (Assuming that the project saves all that's been recorded, and it doesn't use other folders like /Temp or similar). For example, Nero project's aren't compatible between different computers, since that projects save only links to other files and not the files themselves. I don't know if I'm explaining myself clear enough, I'm afraid not
