1. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Breaking the Girl
  2. Because of the Shame- Against Me!

Anyone who loves Green Day should check out their latest album, White Crosses- they're doing the whole accessible-punk thing wayyy better than the new GD crap.

21st Century Breakdown was really good, okay, not as good as their old roots but still good. But anyway, this Against Me! sound good, I'll check them out

I guess its just a matter of opinion, but I have more gripe with the motives behind 21st Century Breakdown than I do with the actual music. Some of the songs were good, but I think they got blinded by the success of "American Idiot", which I thought was AMAZING. Billie Joe thought "Hey, a concept album worked last time, and there's still plenty I can say about my distaste for the current state of the world, so let's give it another go" 20+ songs, with only about 10 or so of them being really good? Could have been a fantastic album if they would have just ditched the whole concept thing and released a standard album, with those songs. Could have even had somewhat of a theme, much like 30 Seconds to Mars' "This is War", without such a running story, split into "acts". C'mon, guys.
