  1. Of course not. This topic is an offtopic one per se, so no problem Madrid (the city) doesn't get under -2/3ºC (around 25ºF) much often, but I live in a small village more than 40kms away from the main city, and we're among big, snowy mountains. Yesterday morning there were -5ºC, and it's not the coldest it uses to get. Lasy year we had -11ºC one morning.
