1. Hello, hello(ola)
Great to find this site. Aren't they awesome. Went to the Monday night show in Foxboro and watched the show from Red Zone 2. One of the best nights of my life. So....a few questions to help this middle aged rocker avail himself of all the wonders of this site. Biggest question........I am in the process of downloading Monday night's show. I just downloaded a program to Unrar the files to my Macbook. What is up with the Password asked of me in the Unrar program? It won't be an issue for another half hour as I am downloading in lossless format, but what do I put in for the password?
Next question.......This may seem impossible, but I have some awesome pics(which I will post to this site) from the show the other night. Is there an address I can send some pics to to try and get the band to sign them? I know this is a longshot, but I really want to pursue it to the fullest extent.....any help would be greatly appreciated.
On another note,-----Monday's show in Foxbore was unbelievable. There wasn't a down moment in the whole set. I know that some of you are upset that Moment of Surrender was the finale, and the encore was mellow, but I have to say that I thought it was great. U2 is not just a loud rock band......They have evolved over the years, and although i was jumping just as high off of my feet during Elevation and Sunday Bloody Sunday, I equally loved the quetness of MLK and Stay. In other words, I could not have been any happier with Monday night's set(well, maybe I would have liked to have heard Pride).
So.....after all is said and done, I am so pleased to be a member of this site. You are all friends that I haven't met yet. Feel free to talk to me whenever anything bothers you. If you are here, we have the same value system of how we look at life. We have U2 to thank for that. I will be happy to meet any of you(if only online)
Ciao for now(God, I wish I had the bucks to go to NY to see the next shows.........such is the sacrifice of having a daughter in college)
  2. Welcome, good to see you had a great night. I don't think I can help you on the first question. You're sure you downloaded both parts? Other members will help you for sure.

About those photos, I honestly don't know. Maybe you can try to contact U2.com or something...
  3. Thanks for the welcome. It wasn't a good night, it was SPECTACULAR! And I am not a casual concertgoer. Even the best of concerts I have been to(Springsteen,Gabriel) have had lulls in the concert. Every minute of this show was great. I am still coming down from it almost 48 hours later. They are truly one of the best rock bands ever in their stage shows. Thank God that at some point, they realized that their purpose on earth is to provide entertainment and awareness of problems in the world to the rest of us unenlightened masses.

I was there that night too, front of the outer rail on Edge's side. Amazing all around. Until the End of the World was unreal with that girl up on stage. I'm still recovering from it. Glad you were there for it!

    Welcome to the site
