1. ^Public transportation is not very good here in America. Some cities might have a good transit system: subways, metros, buses, but generally it's not very good at all...

But my brother says he wants to tailgate at the stadium in Tampa, soo looks like we'll be getting there early!! Plus that will give me a chance to get in line for a good spot!!

    ^^Amazing Photo there! Stunning indeed!!!!

  2. Price you pay for one album selling poorly and another selling 80 zquillion copies...
  3. It seems so. I'm soooo tired of hearing reviews and comments talking just about the traffic problems and not about the performance or the show itself.

I loved the bit of "Some people even abandoned their cars on the road in order to get to the stadium on foot", hahaha

We don't have much public transportation here in the United States. Outside of a few cities, there is virtually no public transportation, and where it exists, it often closes by 8 p.m. Automobiles are not a luxury - they are a necessity. I am unusual in America for taking a train to work everyday.

Unfortunately, the traffic is the last thing that many people in America are experiencing as part of their night of U2 - so it's going to be mentioned. It's the most recent, and often so negative that it overrides the positives. Besides - according to Europeans, we're clearly getting substandard concerts since the band is leaving out so many songs that board members consider necessities.

As an American who adored the concert she went to (Foxboro 2), I'm tired of hearing Europeans belittling Americans for how we behave differently at concerts, but I know it's not going to stop.

  5. any word on a recording of this?
  6. I was hoping for Bad, but loved that the Unforgettable Fire has been consistent in the setlists. Thought overall it was a great show.
I heard it was broadcast in FM in Raleigh. Anyone heard anything on recordings?
