Last week on the 21/07 from around 14h30 during 3/4 - 1 hour, people on the beach and me heard something like 10 or 12 unreleased tracks. Bono voice was recognizable so no doubt about the singer even if the sound of the cicada and the beach was strong. Winter was one of the songs I heard but it was different from the linear film. There were more ballad songs but one of them was very good with some guitar riff.
After one hour the songs began from the beginning into the same order, like a CD put on play again. So this means that some materials are already been recorded...
A guy on the beach also a u2 fan (stephane from Marseille) told me that the day before on the 20/07, Bono was there. He heard him rehearsing the songs during something like 1 hour.
and finally: in an interview in the italian newspaper La Stampa, Paul McG talks about a Zucchero collaboration for the new album.
