  1. Well, songwriting for one as we know for the two weeks Bono and Edge had.

    It'd be nice to have it out before the first show next year. That way at least if they're gonna play new tunes then they're actually out there and people can at least relate to them, unlike Chinese Democracy where the songs were played for eight years and no album was released, only leaks every so often and then nobody was interested anyway.

    I do remember on atu2 that a poster mentioned Every Breaking Wave had leaked from a campus radio announcement. What I know about that was according to Adam it was too long (too many songs or length) and they ''put it away for the next album''. Hyping that and Tripoli up - I still don't think it's the same as Fez, regardless of what we've read - would be stupid not to put them out in some form, whether as B-sides or another album.

    If it doesn't happen there's gonna be a big stink about it. That would actually be pretty funny to see - a non-existent album causing arguments!!!

    Zooropa wasn't an EP though, I see it as a full album

  5. I was gonna say- Dallas looks exhausted/at a loss. Which is living proof that they're actually working

    EDIT: Is that a PopMart-era lemon sticker on his laptop, or have I finally gone insane?


  6. at first i thought they were in studio, but now is that really studio? it´s quite unorganized and it seems like an improvised area or something like that. Also, it is written "understage" on the amp under dallas table?

  10. Just because we have a lack or rumors? Zooropa arrived quietly too. I'm confident that they will deliver a new album before the start of the tour


  11. Unfortunately not! U2 are way too polished nowadays to release something this quick. I'm ready for a 4 year gap till the next album. The only thing I'm hoping for is a different set come next year cuz I'm bored to death with the existing sets from the tour so far. I will definitely sel my tickets for next years show at the new Giants Stadium if the setlist doesn't vary at the start of the next leg. I know this sounds negative but it's how I feel. U2 is still number 1 for me but as someone put it in these forums they should worry about the fans that lice and breathe u2 (us) instead of the casual Vertigo fans. Without the claw the 2 shows I saw at Giants Stadium don't come close to the 4 I seen on Elevation and the 3 on the Vertigo tour ( ultraViolet aside ).
