    So was it serious then that they would be playing indoors or not ? Cause I don't understand what's so funny about that...

  7. I think Bono wants to be serious about it but Zane didn't take him seriously because he thinks U2 are too big for arenas and ticket selling would be a nightmare? I don't know. I didn't get it either. But it was great to hear him pulling Bono's leg for sure
  8. Zane Lowe is a tool - full of negativity and pessimism. His DJ days are long gone, like the majority of the Radio 1 staff.
  9. He strikes me as the kind of guy who is the first to act interested to U2 and also the first to say to somebody else "U2 suck now, not relevant anymore"
  10. At Glastonbury 2011, he pretty much criticised every single artist there. Apparently Beyonce didn't deserve to be there, Muse were too over the top, Gorillaz (was supposed to be U2) just didn't get it, etc. He just seems totally uninterested. The only thing he focuses on is his shit remixes.
  11. i'm thinking that if they play indoors its going to be a nightmare getting tickets.....i'm in the fanclub and a presale code is well worth the joining fee.

    That's exactly it, and the fact that the o2 and Madison Square Garden counts as intimate and small for them LOL
