  4. Edge says in the video that's up on U2.com that they're going to try and play some new songs live this fall on the tour before they actually record them...so that should be awesome.

    , have they ever played a song live b4 that they havnt had on an album or single yet?? the 1st time they play sumthing new r we still allowed to have a bootleg of it? or is it copyrighted. hjmmmm now im all excited again.

    I think they did back in the late 80s, Slow Dancing for sure maybe even Silver and Gold and Spanish Eyes

  11. I think that U2 have bought the right to own their songs from the label, if that's what you mean. Therefore there shouldn't be any problem with them playing something before releasing it first.

    i meant more along the lines of are we allowed to have bootlegs up on this site if they contain unreleased material. but cheers for the reply anyhow.
