    We welcome every type of fan on here, young/old, male/female etc. Everyone's point is just as valid as the next persons.

    If you don't wish to 'argue' with a 15 year old, then don't enter into a discussion in the topic in the first place. It's kind of ironic that the 15 year old constructed a much better response than you did. Plus looking up poeple's profile's just to make a point against them is a bit creepy (you also did it with germcevoy and KaiserJose).

    So, either apologise to yuri31 and please continue; (but bear in mind the topic title - The U2 Live Audience, not America v Europe) or kindly refrain from posting in this topic again.

  3. Hahaha thats the spirit My throat was sore for a whole week At the second evening i seriously considered holding back because it didnt feel right. In the end i didnt give a damn and just went nuts

    Its all what you make of it. You can go nuts without physically going nuts. No body pays this kind of money for a show they wouldnt enjoy. So let everyone enjoy it in their way.

    Although i have to admit South American and Mediterranean crowd always make me want to be there with them at the concert.
  4. Don't know about the first night 'cause I was at the catwalk but the inner circle went mad for sure. Second night the people on the seats were suckers and the people on the GA were not that into it. Can't say anything about other Europe cities or non-Europe places.

    You seem intent on dismissing this guy due to his age, yet I would suggest that he's acted with more maturity and dignity than you. Mate its a debate, there's no need to make an emotional issue of it creating an argument.

    Please don't take this debate personally; everyone has thus far admitted to not seeing a U2 show on both continents so we've all admitted that our opinions may be flawed. Our impressions have come from the dvd's (largely) and some other sources that are not 100% reliable.

    I disagree with yeah though, as long as you can accept the possibility of being wrong in an opinion you should be able to formulate an opinion that has a reasonable chance of being right. I may never have met Hitler but I'd say he was a bollox. And a vegetarian

    Back to the topic: I listened to the bootleg of Milan 1 and constantly had shivers hearing the crowd. Quite possibly the best audience of the tour so far.

    I not taking anything personal.I thought what yuri said was funny.And I said that.This is a good debate about a rock band.That all.It just seems..ALOT in here keep saying American audiences are lame.I beg to differ.If I said the Irish were a "lame" audience (which of course they are not),Im sure that would offend some.
