  1. Simple really, DVD is to be filmed this weekend in the Rose Bowl in LA. So what is your preference of set list, based on what the set lists have been on this leg so far?

    Does YBR make an appearance?
    What about UC and UTEOTW? Does Bad make a rare appearance? What about Stay/Desire?

    Try and stay reasonably realistic; I can't see them pulling any major surprises i.e. songs that haven't been played on the tour so far. Nor can I see them playing 28 songs (you know who you are )
  2. i really hope that Unknown Caller gets on there!!! even though they haven't played it at every show lately its a terrific song live.... For me it wouldn't worry me if Until The End of The World made the DVD or not but Your Blue Room should DEFINITELY be on the DVD!!!

    Which is sort of logical, since they release a new album in a couple of months, a la 1993...


  4. How do we know there is gonna be a new album? Remember they thought NLOTH was ready in mid-2008 but then worked on it a bit more and released that in 2009. There was gonna be an album in late 2003 but it came in late 2004.

    Xanax And Wine was gonna be on HTDAAB. Bulldozer was gonna be on one of the Stuck In A Moment singles...it never happened. Every Breaking Wave was gonna be on NLOTH and it never was due to time constraints of the album. What I'm saying is anything with U2 is questionable and 50% of what they say will happen in fact does not happen.

    That is very true yes, but this time it seems as if its really gonna happen. No dvd the first 2 legs; could point out something's about to happen this tour. Which could be a new album.

    But I agree, U2's word isnt the most trustfull one.

    Indeed. How many people knew U2 were releasing Milan or Chicago on DVD?
  7. I think people in Chicago knew it was being filmed, and Bono made comments about it sometime (it's even on the DVD, before, hum... Original Of The Species? Yahweh?)... Not sure about Milan though.

    So he did. They clearly knew then.

    There were rumours in 2006 of Dublin being released but nobody would have thought Milan. I guess it counts Milan out for any future releases then.

    Indeed, I don't think they would ever release a live cocnert from a city that has already been honoured (even though Milan DVD was something strange, it wasn't available as its own, only as a gift given with another release)...

    I really hope for a Oceania DVD. Australia or New Zealand 2010 would be class "360Australia", sounds great

  11. really looking forward to blast breathe in 5.1 dts sound and see a magnificent recording dvd( not done by Hamish Hamilton i hope!!) but i think it wil last another 5/6 months to see such

    with the new album coming up i think it will last in the middle of the 3rd maybe 4th leg .....
  12. I think the 360 setlist is weak. although I would love be there in a show.
