  1. Haha, thanks...I'll admit it- I've been a ghost on these boards for a long time, watching and perusing, but never posted before today. I already love it here, and I plan on starting to post much more regularly.

    Honestly, what I'd KILL for would be that premiere of "Even Better Than the Real Thing" to follow "I'll Go Crazy".

    I'd rather an Brazilian DVD than an new American one, but LA (and NY too) is a great place to record a DVD. They're much better than Boston and Chicago in my opinion...

    An live webbroadcast? That's great too...That's because U2 is the best f***ing band in the world...they know how to do (new) things

    But the bad side of the hole thing is their setlist...even if I like the songs, I don't like the way they appear in the setlist I also think the last show's setlists were very similar because they were training for this show

    I dunno...I really loved the look on Macphisto's face right as Lemon started, though..priceless! Bono swinging from that microphone, surounded by lasers in every form, is gonna do it for me

  10. Very true - and were they swapped around, how would a 2009 version of Lemon shape up? Would it fit outside of the MacPhistoisms? Who knows. Ultra Violet also just wins it for me as either song goes, but I also feel it's much more suited for 2009 Bono. I can't see Bono holding out night after night with that falsetto part, whereas UV's vocals are much more suited to the Bono of today. I'd rather see WGRYWH get a walk-about than Lemon too, but that's just me being the world's biggest advocate of that particular ditty...along with Aussie, to be sure!*



    *I'm also sure there are hundreds of songs that people would want to see brought back to the live setting, but this isn't the topic for it I fear!
