  1. the girl was a bore. The U2.com lady had to do 3 takes to get that clip. Kept trying to pump her up to make her appear excited.
  2. i'll watch it another time. Maybe when the tour starts again. Was expecting stunning visuals.


  3. Claw visuals are disappointing. Amateur Multicams captured The Claw better.


  4. Yup i'm still preferring the Dublin multi-cam. All these fade shots make me angry too. Into storage it goes.
  5. Liking some of the extras on the Blu-Ray. Nice to see some concert footage from Barcelona and the Berlin time lapse is great.

    Found some pictures from Wembley and Sheffield on BD Live too, not very good quality though. At first I thought the Webley ones were mine, almost the same seat.

    Yeah, I agree -- some concerts have six stars versions of pretty much all the songs (e.g. Amsterdam I), including Vertigo of course. But I'm not sure he can keep singing these songs for months in a row. He still has quite a lot of voice, but I think he should try to sing more in his comfort zone. That's Bono, though: he always pushes it, and never really manages himself.

    The rest is pretty much more or less so so in my book. Sydney had much more life in it. Don't think is their best DVD, as some have said. But the great moments, e.g. Magnificent, beat any of the Vertigo and Elevation DVDs, I'd say.
  9. anyone else notice the popping - static noise that appears when they mix in the crowd .. ?
    especially noticable with still havent found ....

  11. Full 45 GB rip of the blu-ray disc is on usenet. Credits to the guy who uploaded that

    I'm glad with it though, can now stream it to my TV in HD without blu-ray player
  12. UTEOTW is insane by the way on this show, and so is Ultra Violet. God I love it that this last song is finally on DVD/BR
