  2. I downloaded this fine without any problems, could be you. Just try re-downloading, sometimes that's all it takes.
  3. tried again with the same results. changed browsers with the same empty folder showing up. i am perplexed since the part 1 was fine.
  4. 5th times a charm. No idea what was going on. All good again with additional downloads working fine.--FYI
