  1. Was wondering if anyone could help.

    When I try to open a download of some concerts (most notably the 1984 Nantes show) using winzip, I am directed to "insert a disk" containing the particular file. Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions/solutions.

    Is it in two parts?

    You need to make sure the two .rar or .zip files are in the same directory - your Desktop would be a good place - and then open the first one and it should see all the files to extract. You might also want to upgrade to WinRar, which is what is recommended and works a lot better (and easier) than WinZip.
