This is the fixed Version of my first Matrix: http://www.u2torrents.com/torrents-details.php?id=5483.
I changed the settings in the High-Levels. Sorry again, that i forgot this in my first upload.

You need not to download again, if you're happy with my first upload. But i think this Matrix
is now a little better. Sample in my first comment.

    Whatever

  2. I can't download this right now but if it's like the rest of your matrixes, it surely will be great
  3. Great job.
Thanks so much for sharing that.
  4. I have a little Bonus for you. "Your Blue Room" from my Chicago-Matrix (2009-09-13). I like the Song too much. The Matrix i want to upload next year.

  5. Is that with Andy and Chris' source? Chicago that is.
  6. You are the man. If have to contact Andy next year. For Chris is always ok, to use his great sources. Chris has everytime the best guitars and voices in his sources.
  7. I appreciate the effort and work you put into these projects; I just have to question the overall result of mixing two audience sources. More often than not you'll get bad phasing issues, especially from very different sources all over the stadium. But my own personal opinion and all...

What program do you use and what kind of effects do you run?
  8. I only use "Goldwave". No effects. I only tune it a little bit in the end. You have to find out which source should be the louder one in the Matrix. Never mix two sources 1:1. That's never good. Just try it yourself. It's not too difficult, i think. The only problem is the time correction of the sources.

For a remaster i use different Tools.
  9. What he means is that all sources are recorded from a different position.
So the soundwaves are different, they are reflected different and thus the waves are never in phase. Phase delays can cancel out or amplify frequencies. So its technically not possible to perfectly fit combine two recordings.

Anyway, the matrix is still a major improvement. And there is not much you can do better with two audience sources.

  10. I've never actually used Goldwave, so hopefully that's working for you. I use Adobe Audition for the wave editing + time alignment, then Nuendo for all the actual mixing. And it can be pretty easy at times, while some projects can be particularly difficult depending how much cleanup is actually needed. The time alignment on audience sources can be more forgiving, while multiple soundboard feeds can give you phasing issues extremely fast.

And Risto has the right idea. I personally rarely do any aud-aud mixes unless its different mics right next to me, or really fantastic sources. Even then--I think you have to have another source (usually a wireless source) to fill it out.
  11. Adobe Audition is too complicated. Goldwave can all this too without to be too despair. I'm no expert. I only want to make the sound better for ME. In my eyes the very cheap Goldwave is very underrated. A name like "Adobe" is not all, i think.

    Ohh, I hope you understand.
