    After watching Rattle And Hum for the umpteenth time, I was determined to find the church in the shot at 0:41 :

    Unless the shot is misleading and they rehearsed at another church, this is THE church shown on that outside shot.

    It's called "Greater Calvary Baptist Church" on the corner of West 124th Street and Mount Morris Park West.
