  1. Years ago, I had a pic of Bono on my hard drive.

    Now for few days I've been trying to find it but without success.

    The pic is from PopMart era, it was taken during day time somewhere around the stage (between the stage and crowd).

    On the pic is Bono and member of security staff. The guy is huge. They're facing each other, Bono is wearing crown (!!) and is trying to look badass while threating to security guy with his look.

    The pic is awesome, I've got to find it again!

    you need to upload the photo to an online server, like Photobucket or Flickr etc.
    once you did that, come back to this topic and click on "post a reply".
    on the left you have some symbols. the second from the bottom shows a framed picture.
    click on that symbol, insert the URL of your uploaded photo -- et voila, the pic will be shown here once you click on "post a reply"

    hey I was looking for that one too. Was on the photopage some time ago but seems to be dissapeared.

    in one of my old propaganda magazines in the letters section, there is a letter from the owner of the crown and a different picture of bono holding it at a totally different part of the show. if i remember correctly this person said he bought the crown before the gig with the sole intention of using it to catch bono's attention and it worked too well as bono took the crown from him about 3 times during the show !
