It's not on the iTunes "Unreleased and Rare". It is on the 2nd disc of "Medium, Rare and Remastered" and it is also "Vertigo single.
The original post mentioned "Mercy". That isnt' on any release. Someone must have amended that to whatever torrent of "Unreleased and Rare" or whatever you downloaded.
