those blue tyres are wet tyres and a bit bigger than slick tyres. That doesn't change the rake of course, but that might still influence your perception a bit. I don't think they've changed it that much (or at all) over winter.

Yes you're right but Red Bull always had the biggest rake among the cars especially compared to Mercedes. Also Haas' new car has also much bigger rake than last year.
