1. Hi there everyone. Just heard this extra verse in With Or Without You for the first time a couple weeks ago and was wondering what's the best version out there? So far I've heard ones from Zoo TV, the 6-11-1992 Sweden one sticks out in my mind, but the 8-16-1992 Washington DC is good as well. Was just wondering if there were any others that people have found to be exceptional?
  2. 1987-04-29: Rosemont, IL is probably my favorite and what I would consider to be the best, but the version from Rattle and Hum is top notch as well. The later the tour, the worse that song got in my opinion, so you're better off staying early.

It wasn't even played on the ever-popular New Year's show at the Point Depot!

I too am a big fan of the Sweden '92 (love the keyboard intro) and Rattle and Hum versions. Still have to download the Rosemont show so I'm not too sure where to rate that one. Haven't listened to the Washington version in a long time. The Slane 2001 version isn't too bad. The Hippodrome '87 version is good but annoying to listen too on a regular basis as Bono completely stops the song near the end of it.

The 1987-04-29: Rosemont, IL is amazing. Shine Like Stars coda with lots of snippets of "Love Will Tear Us Apart"... amazing and passionate performance.
  5. For me, the best WOWY ever is the one from 1989-12-30 Dublin, which also was the end of the show. Amazing, and two passionate Shine Like Stars-Love Will Tear snippets
