Do you regularly cycle/run/swim for more than pleasure? Do you always eat your 5 a day and keep your inner body clean?
I'm hoping now to get back into a decent schedule for exercise now and over the summer, hopefully it'll go well and I can motivate myself to keep the levels of activity up over the winter periods when it is hardest.
) and hoping to compete in the London Marathon within the next few years. So I have a few goals to work towards, which helps.
