  3. been sunny all day, still clear sky, so the overall mood is "we're ready to party" many flags on cars, out of windows, etc. People on their way to public viewing now, the scent of BBQ in the air, many people gathering in either public places or backyards, beer, smiles..... we're looking forward to the game positive vibes all over not too enthusiastic, but optimistic
