1. and another...

  2. My wife said she's leaving me because my eye sight is shit and i can't see anything. I nearly dropped my linesman flag.

Lampard walks into a bar... the ref still doesn't notice.

At least England don't have to worry about Robert Green dropping the trophy.

  3. Haha good one lads , we printed off the ball over the line thing above

I reckon if I was in charge of that England team we would be at least in the quater-finals, honestly
  4. One last one

If England wanted to win the World Cup, they were going to have to raise the bar...

  5. lol good 1 , did you make that 1 up yourself?
  6. Arjen Robben

    keep'em comin' Oranje
  7. Why did the chicken cross the road? According to FIFA it didn't.

    Promise last one this time
  8. YEAH!! We're in the quarter finals! So we're up against either Brasil or Chilli... pffff, it wont be easy that's for sure

  9. +1

So, Holland 2-1 Slovakia, it's over for us. In the first place, I'd like to thank our team for nicely surprising the whole country. Making it to the World Cup itself was a great achievement and even though there was a lot of optimists, I don't think anyone actually thought that our boys would be in the Last 16. The first two matches didn't go too well, New Zealand scored an equaliser in the last seconds of a match which Slovakia should have won and the next match against Paraguay was just terrible, uninspired. Beating Italy with style was somewhat of a rising from the dead and a huge surprise. And after the last clash, against Holland, I think that even though it took the team a while to get into the match, they didn't give in just like that and nobody can say it was a piece of cake for the Oranjes. Slovakia were becoming the better side towards the end, but Vittek left two great chances unused and nothing came out of it. Then Snijder scored an easy goal and the task got some harder. The goal from the penalty came too late. I'm convinced Holland can't be thought to have been dominant. Besides, I'm bemused by the ref of this match. He saw handballs and fouls against Holland which weren't there while he ignored some fouls committed against our players. I'd bet there wouldn't have been a penalty if it had been just 1-0 at that time. Surely our players had some chances they should have taken and things would have been different then, but obviously bad decisions by the ref have an impact on the confidence of a team. To end the whole thing though, I have to say I'm proud of the Slovakia national team for their performance at this World Cup.
