  2. Spain vs Portugal was one of the worst games I've seen so far.... had expected so much more
  3. I was really hoping Portugal would step up their performance after the dreadful game with Brazil but they once again performed under par. Spain the better team, showed them how it's done. They've steadily improved throughout this tournament - they had a lot of doubters in the beginning.

    But the fact and the truth is that spain won with a goal in offside, when xavi touches the ball to villa this one his cristal clear OFFSIDE.

  7. I want Holland to do well to be honest. Every World Cup they put in a good effort and don't win. This time I'd like to see them go all the way. They've always been a good team with whatever players they have. More than anything too, I'd like to see them knock out Brazil as I think Brazil play way too dirty at times - which is shocking considering the skill their players have - there's no reason for them to play dirty and cheat.

    Edit: Whoops, forgot to say I'd like to see Ghana to go all the way too - I think it's great inspiration for all of Africa.

    THe dirty game is much more of a cultural thing. Brasil in very italian culturaly. Italians players are equally or even more dirty than brazilians. South american players in general play dirty, some more than others. Just take a look at the Argentina and Uruguay games.

    that's s little over-the top for me at least, since I am portuguese!
    Ronaldo shouldn't be in WC, he is a fucking jackass, doesn't play for his team, only for himself, where is Figo and Rui Costa? And while we are at it, our coach is a joke, a loser, Ferguson's dog boy... I hate him, we have a good squad, we could have beaten Spain if not for his choices.

    Pedro Mendes, Liedson and miguel should have been in the starting eleven and not pepe, ronaldo or r costa. The team that destroyed Korea should have been the starting eleven, Queiroz was again, being stupid.

    Our style has changed and the goal was offside, we defend very well and play in counter attack, I personally feel we've got the players for a more attacking style but mind that we have the best defense in the world cup, 1 goal in 4 matches and we played brazil, spain and costa do marfim...

    It's a shame but with a better coach we can win euro or the world cup, maybe mourinho in the future or another good one too.

    We will improve!!
