  3. I'm 100% sober at the moment and I can SWER it is a GREAT guitar. I had played it several times on a guitar shop near the university so I knew which guitar it was... but it seems I have got it for 45€ less than it was priced!! So I guess this is an:

  5. My turn! I don't get as drunk as much as I used to (as you don't when you're 22 and used to be 19) but have you ever just needed a drink?

    Again don;t normally do it since this is technically a very poor 'coping mechanism' as per defined by psych but hey I saw an ad for some tv programme on voting for the greatest ever Irish person and Bono had made the top 5. Some achievement considering he's generally despised throughout the country. Even more so than most Irish celebrities (we're suspicious of our own success stories, particularly the ones in the news so often).

    So we either have nutcases that we laugh at (Sinead O'Conner, Colin Farrell) or people who act like twats (Bono, Roy Keane). Changing his accent probably hasn't helped Bono but he's a good bloke and from what my mate tells me (a regular in Finnegans (Bono's main pub in Dalkey)) a master of the old puns.

    Anyway has Bono ever inspired activism with anyone here?

I might be getting back together with someone I love deeply this weekend...and Im celebrating my birthday with some close friends, and i asked for just 5 minutes of silence during the party to listen to "with or without you" because i feel so strongly about this weekend...and they gave it to me.

    they're really such great friends. they really are.

    just having a good ol' weekend. i love you guys, too. you make me feel like im not weird for what i love.
