1. Missed out on Syd 1 so hoping to get tickets for Syd 2.
    Probably GA's

The good thing about going to the 2nd show is that we will know when to start lining up based on the queues for the 1st show.

Also, are 2nd night performances generally better than opening night? Or worse? Is there some sort of trend with U2 or is it pretty much the luck of the draw?

I think opening night (or first concert on sale) have the buzziest crowds because they are real keen fans. But second shows can let the band loosen up, get the tech / mix moving nicely. The crowd will probably be great both nights. I'm half expecting JayZ to do a duet. Didn't he do S-B-S with Bono a while back?
  3. He did do SBS with them last year somewhere. As for cameras I want to know what is allowed and what isnt.

Vanquish, if you show up during the day and ask around the GA queue, you'll probably be able to pick up a spare ticket. I didn't get my Chicago 2 ticket until like 2pm on the day of the show.

Thanks, but I don't like asking people, i'm not that desperate! - I think Sydney 2 will be fine.

If you can get both nights free to go then by all means do. I have another show back in Adelaide so gotta get back for that one, otherwise I would do both Melbourne shows.

I Became a Livenation member the other day, but I still havent heard or seen them advertise a pre sale for the 2nd shows. Have you seen or heard from them about a pre sale?
  11. I'm completely torn about whether to have another crack at tickets for this 2nd Brisbane gig.

I'm already flying down to Melbourne for the first show and then Brisbane's first one. But I'd be kicking myself for missing out on this second date in Brisbane - it's not easy being a U2 freak.

If you can do it, then I'd say go for it. Make the most of it - you may as well considering U2 probably won't be back until 2014 and that's even if they tour here again.
