  1. Does anyone have a tally for the number of U2 outdoor shows it has rained during. It seems like its over 50%?! I have been to four outside U2 shows and it rained during 1.

    An impossible stat to gather I imagine/ 1/5 for me though.

  4. Maybe if we counted the number of times the song "Rain" (or a snippet of it) appeared in the setlist?

  7. No, I'm an optimist AND I take yeah's word for it!

    so 36 rainy concerts on the total number of U2 concerts leads to only one conclusion:
    It is nearly ALWAYS dry at an outdoor U2 concert!

    Perhaps counting Rain snippets and Singing in the Rain snippets would give a better number. Hard to say really unless you listen to every show and every time Bono mentions the rain. Sometimes he doesn't do a snippet, not sure if there's one at Red Rocks?

    PS. No, there isn't any "rain" reference in Red Rocks, although it actually didn't rain during the show
