I have a friend that went through a similar situation a few months ago and, although I only could listen ("read", actually) to him and try to say the right words, I know that one gets through it.... even quicker than you expected at first. If you think you actually should fight for the relationship, then go for it. If not, continue with your normal life and eventually the pain will fade away and you'll be ready to forget her
