1. hey all,

im going to see U2 in France on saturday, and its my 2nd U2 concert ever, first one was Wembley first night last year which i must say will take some beating!

anyways, for that gig i was sitting, this time im standing, so a few questions...

1-what time do i need to get to the stadium to ensure i get to the front of the standing section (what time do i need to get there before te que is huge it will mean im at the back!)

2-if i take one of those foldable seats to sit on outside, can i take it inside and sit inside the stadium with it until the show starts?

3-anyone wants to chat when im there feel free

any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks!

    paul
  2. 1) Front row: early morning, FOS area: afternoon.
    2) No.
  3. whats FOS?

and ah right, just i saw quite a few people with them at wembley when in the que and im sure i saw some in the stadium :S
  4. Front of stage - inside the circle.

If you have an inflatable seat, you might be able to smuggle it inside. But the more the circle gets filled, the more likely you'll get your ass kicked when you sit on it.
  5. haha, well iv got one of those foldable chairs that goes in like a bag which you can carry, the sort you take on a camping trip lol!

so how come for inside the circle you can get there afternoon but for outside its early morning :s what time early morning do you think i should get there, i would like to be on the outside circle i think, probably better, not sure lol
  6. You got that wrong. If you wanna be in front row = as close to the stage as possible, you'll have to be there early. If you're fine with 20th row or something, you can go a little later.
  7. oh my bad, aint got my glasses on lol! trying to multi task of doing this and getting ready for football training!

well i want to be as close as possible really, you think 8am/ 9 am will be early enough or do i need to be sooner?

Why would you take an inflatable seat in GA? Regardless, I'd love to see someone try.

  9. lol you wont see me try with an inflatable seat thats for sure, i just need to know what i can take to keep myself comfy for 12 hours before the show starts!
