1. U2. I think that 80% of the songs I listen to at the moment are U2 songs.
  2. Just saw Arcade Fire at The Greek in Berkeley one week ago and I am loving The Suburbs. Also Muse for the past 2 years...I can't wait for the next tour DVD!

  3. Going absolutely offtopic, my parents attended Gabriel's concert in Madrid last month and they described it as epic. Youtube proved this. But I didn't go - it just didn't feel the same, Genesis & PG's songs are made to be played with drums, guitars, etc... Anyway I regret not attending the show

  5. U2, some Oasis, some Ryan Adams, Stones, The Smiths, Bowie... and many others. At this moment...

    But U2 uber alles...
  6. Muse, I don't know where it comes from, but I love every song of these guys

Please don't kill for saying this, but at the moment I think muse is a bit better than U2, a tiny bit. A really tiny bit

No one would ever kill or bash you for saying that. I myself also think it: Muse are (musically) more gifted than U2. Where's the same in that?
Although they do have A LOT to learn about communication with the audiences&media, and with their behaviour and attitude onstage.

I like some songs of them but at others the voice of the singer is very anoying imo. Like their version of Streets, I just dont like his voice there.

This afternoon I watched the Pulse DVD from Pink Floyd on youtube and I have to say they are really good.

I agree with you on that Muse doesn't communicate wih the crowd the way U2 does. No speeches, band intro's, of save Africa-ish talks (as far as I know...)

And I know I won't be killed here
