  1. If you are having trouble with the presale, you are not the only one. The website doesn't even have a workable link to the presale. I went to ticketmaster, which took me to tickets.com, which was a nightmare. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes, and a supervisor emailed me a direct link, and got my tickets. Entering in the phone number required no dashes, which I did not see, and then each time it didn't like my credit card, it erased my state, further delaying. I felt like I accomplished something when I finally got tickets. Not to mention the STUPID verification thing where you have to type words that YOU CANNOT EVEN SEE!!!! Oh well...got Field seats for St. Louis, Miami, Baltimore, and Nashville, and will try to find some for Chicago. By the way, I think I have an extra for Baltimore if anybody is interested.
  2. Just got my tickets through here, and it was indeed a bit of a nightmare. I got put into a virtual waiting room at once, and when I finally got through the site kept trying to give me $250 seats even though i did not request that price level or best available. I hope no one accidentally gets stuck with tix they can't afford. On the bright side, I finally got 360 tickets!!!
