    If by that you mean we have really bad voter turnout (less than 40% of people voted in the 08 presidential election.) I agree.


  4. Yes but it does mean how we choose to run our country.
  5. In Sweden we had 85% in our election last year. I think that's one of the highest numbers in the world.
