Beginning of september we had a lot of flooding in my area. The store where I work was closed for 3 days and water was in places that have never flooded before. In Owego NY alone, 90% of businesses were flooded and 75% of homes were either condemned or need months of repair before people can return to live in them. My family and I were ok, we were very lucky. We know several people who lost everything.
