There are a few campaigns going on in the middle east trying to teach less educated muslims that Islam is against violence. Campaigns like Say No To Terror: [YouTube Video] they have some ads based on poor arabic neighborhoods (where these people are usually located/recruited) which end up with showing a verse of the quran that is against terror.
