    Many countries in the world can do so. Drop a nuke on a metropol, this can be done by a dozen countries or so.

    Yeah, that's why the world doesn't need more nukes, but less. I think most countries are wiser than that now though.
  8. Well that is idealistic. We all know that even if USA, France, Russia, Israel, Pakistan, etc swear that they dismantle all missiles that all we know is that we have to take their word for it. For that reason other countries would want to have a few behind their hands, and so nobody will completely dismantle their arsenal.
  9. In other news, Greece will publish new metrics about the economy this week. Experts are afraid that it will be worse than expected.

    So in the end we will have pumped a needles amount of tax money into a hopeless situation. In the mean time we have increased Greece's debt, lowered the chance of getting the money back to 0 and last but not least our own debt by lending money to lend Greece money. Thank god for the overpaid 'experts' at the EU.
