    I found that incredibly rude and insulting. You shouldn't post things like that on what is apparently "one of the most pleasant online U2 communities". It's disrepectful to say that someone you don't even know just "couldn't be all that smart" and jokingly call me a "child prodigy". You don't really know what a person is truly like by reading their posts.




    I didn't say anything about Led Zeppelin on this forum, I've seen that in-joke a few times around on this forum so it may had been said originally by someone here or on another forum or it could be one of those internet memes making fun of people that don't know about music. I've been listening to Led Zeppelin since I was 7, thank you very much.

    I think this is the only thing he has said that is very similar to what I would say. I could have said word for word what he said there. Everything else he had posted in (very) recent times is not similar at all.

    No, I don't think that the study is worthless, I believe there is a correlation between intelligence and music, just like there is a correlation between obvious stuff like education and wealth.

    Can you be wealthy and uneducated? yes, Can you be an idiot and like classical music? yes.

    Doesn't mean that either premise are false

    No, please explain - because it makes no sense, I did a look at his recent posts - he doesn't argue like me, write like me or even have the same views I do - where exactly is the similarity?

  11. You both have similar approachs when it comes to understanding the purpose of arguing and specially the existance and validity of other people's opinions. Oh, and your stubborness is similar too. Anyway, it was a joke that some of us made regarding your absence of the forums PLUS your similarities - it wasn't serious.

I don't drink that much at all, and in fact I have never been drunk in the sense of not knowing what I do or say, or not remembering things, etc. That Stairway topic was written by me while I was practically sober (well, maybe not "sober", but not "completely drunk" either, as one could think reading the opening post. It's just that I didnt correct my typing mistakes like I use to do), the fact is that it was too late and I couldn't see a lot, and typying in a small Nokia 5800 when you've been out all night isn't easy
