Well you see, I would have gotten my kid mental help before this point was reached.

You know how hard it is to get a gun in New Jersey, and Conneticut?
Every mass shooting in the united states since WW2 except for one has happened in a gun free zone. Coincidence? Why don't we ever see people shooting up police stations? Criminals come and go from them all day, and I'm sure there are more than a few mentally unstable officers. Because no one is gonna start shooting in a place where they know there getting shot fast. Did you know a survey found 40% of felons, admitted that they had decided not to commit a crime at some point, because they thought someone might be packing?

Yeah I am sure their parents knew he was about to commit a massacre. 'Any plans for tomorrow?'
The whole self defense is circular reasoning. Thieves go out of their way to get in and out unnoticed. Instead of waking people up and waving their gun.

Easily enough for a twenty-year-old madman apparrently.
Imagine a couple asleep in their bed. You have a gun in your hands. Do you believe you will get shot fast?

Dafuq, that supposed to mean? Your sentence structure sucks.

1. The stigma associated with having a mental illness keeps people like Lanza from getting help.
2. The way the media reports this kind of thing needs to change. We always remember the act, and the perpetrator, but never any of the victims.

I think it couldn't be formulated any better. Also, funny thing to hear from your side.

Agree with the 1st.
The 2nd is a bit double sided. We remember the act and perpetrator because we want to take lessons. Not because we dont care of the victims.
