    yeah he's a great speech giver, but he's into his second term and I cant think of one thing he's done that actually affects me or anybody I know.....oh wait I forgot our taxes just went up....
  2. The rules just get harder and broaden if everyone just bickers to everyone about it,
    its the ones that dont know who really pay worse off and if you tell them you make the rules strickter from the bickering I believe and you may fall into the brackets of being worse off as well

  6. 99.9% of legal gun owners never use their weapons to commit crimes. Why should we punish them because of some idiots? That's like saying Islam should be banned because some of them are terrorist.

    You can have my gun, when you pry it from my cold dead hands.

    If you think you can take away the 80 million+ privately owned firearms in this country, your incredibly naive. Most cops in this country are pro-gun, and a number have already stated they wont enforce a ban. Most of the military is also pro-gun, but they cant be used on American soil anyway, due to the Posse Comitatus act. Plus if you kill us all, you have less people to tax.

    Those Idiots you speak of are not deliberate cases
    but accidents and misconception which can happen to anyone,
    needless to say,
    anyone who has a gun can make a mistake,
    nobody is perfect, any senario could happen,
    not to mention someone in the home loosing the plot weather dementia from old age or some personality crisis like the young boy in the school shooting.
    Personally the bible makes it clear,
    those using the sword will perish by the sword.

    If were going off the bible, Jesus told his followers to carry swords, and if they could not afford one, to sell their cloaks to buy one.

    Like I said though, what the anti-gun people forget is confiscating guns in this country would be a logistical nightmare (I could care less about the gun laws of other country's.)

    You have not read the Bible because it does not say that, on the night of Jesus custody, one of the apostles use the sword of the detainers and took off his ear, and Jesus corrected him and said the verse I said before..
    As reguards having a gun, its just more risk of having one nowadays, because peoples mentality is not trustworthy especially with domestic violence and so forth.
    Supposing it was a 15 year old found breaking in for the first time over a peer group dare or out of desparate need because things at home are grim?
    Mercy should have its place, but not if he gets shot dead by a gun owner who thinks its some criminal breaking in for a drug fix etc
  12. That's nice. Thankfully my state has a castle clause, so anyone within my home without my legal permission is open game. I can shoot, stab, bludgeon, and burn them to my hearts content.
