1. honor to another fundemental personality of that side of the world.
a man who passed his life to release his people from dictatorship, from interferences from the north side ot the continent, from extreme human rights abuses, from extreme poverty, extreme illiteracy, extreme poor, or even absent, health system and on
  2. May he RIP, bit too left for my taste. But I do believe it was his personal believe that he did what was best for his country.
  3. Something is definitely not right when a government puts the military on the street when their leader dies. Quenching celebrations?
  4. Maybe they are afraid his death will divide the country. Not unlikely, imho they should schedule elections ASAP.
  5. I'm now in the last season of The West Wing, just saw 'The Debate', this is one of my favorite moments of the series:

  6. Well put I guess if your into politics
  7. So, we have a Pope. He's Argentinian and Jesuit. Good news I think.
  8. Hmm dont care
  9. Even if you don't care it's probably the most influential person of the world after the US president so we all are involved one way or the other...
  10. True, but he wont change the situation a lot. And that said I think the pope has barely influence at all in Holland. People are more interested in the smoke than the pope himself. With all the scandals the little support the churches had here has faided away.

Besides that I dont care, which recent pope actually managed to change anything on a large scale? Imho the Vatican is the most ridiculous institute, so much wealth, so much power, yet its stuck in reverse and losing grip on reality.
  11. VIVA ARGENTINA!
