    That's for a number of reasons. The main 1 being that well what they did may have been unethical, in most cases it was not actually illegal.

    Did you watch the program? I think it's also cowardice, a failure of the Obama administration. There definitely seems to be some fraudulent stuff there.

  8. I really think it seems wrong to celebrate Thatcher's death, especially in a mocking manner.

  11. Some people feel that Thatcher was a despicable individual – especially people of the working class, so therefore they are celebrating it. She essentially fucked up the economy and made thousands of people lose jobs. Those people are the miners. In Scotland, she closed down a steel mill in Gartcosh, which is just outside the city centre of Glasgow. She closed down several places in northern England where she is also pretty much hated. Because steel works and coal mines are working class and mainly consist of people on the left wing, they were shut down and left some of the highest unemployment rates in the UK. All of these industrial workplaces were mainly in northern England or in Scotland so that's why people despise her from those places. She seemingly wasn't a fan of anything that wasn't English, so therefore everyone else in N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales has hated her.

    She even reduced public funding on stuff like education and welfare. There was the 'Milk Snatcher' incident I talked about when she took free milk away from schools. She didn't care for the working class, which is almost typical Tory but not as extreme as she was. Thatcher got to the point where she was making rich people even richer and solely concentrating on those who were middle class.

    I suppose she split the country in half: the poor were poorer than ever, and the rich were more well-off than before. As a leader of the country, she was way too biased. I think it was actually quite sickening what she done and I believe the only good thing as Prime Minister that she pulled off was going to war with Argentina to get the Falklands back. I suppose any Prime Minister would've done the same thing going to war and been praised for it.

    Yeah, it's a shame she died of a stroke – it's a horrible condition to die from and I don't think anyone is celebrating the fact that she died from a stroke; people are celebrating for the sole reason that their life was worsened by one incredibly powerful woman who couldn't give a shit how their life would turn out. They are celebrating because the woman who ruined their life is dead. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just stating why they are doing it.

    She has every right to have to a private, non-state funeral because it was what she wanted. Give her that, it was her decision. But she will forever be known as a selfish, spiteful woman who pretty much ruined the country in many ways, only improving selected areas.
