Honestly I don't care what you do with guns in the US, it's your country, you decide. I'm just giving my opinion on gun control in general.

Actually cops in the U.K do carry guns. Just not to the extent done in other countries(they are limited to certain units), and in most countries with heavy gun control, the cops are still armed. Also if shit gets really bad, the British military can assist on law enforcement matters. This is prohibited in the U.S. under the Posse Comitatus act.

Yes, he told us in advance what he planned to do. Few were listening.

General Bill Gann' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.
The General stated to Obama that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...
During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Or, at the very least, "Stand and Face It".

No, it's not important at all as long as he hasn't actually said it.

And it does not sound like something he would say, I don't always fact check your posts, but when I read this one I was sure it wasn't something he would say.
