  1. It's democracy, ever heard of it?

    You're, if I remember right, unemployed and you don't go to college. You said that unemployement rate in your state is high. So, how come you don't do something spectacular and invent yourself a job?! Because you can't, it doesn't work that way. So, you have two options. To move to another state or just wait for your state to get better. Therefore, you depend upon your government.

    Government dosen't create jobs. All they can do is create a favoroable envoroment. And michigan fucked ourselves over. Check up the benefits packages of Detroit auto workers. Completely unsustainable.

    You seriously think charity is better than getting it from the state? With charity the poor will not exactly get an as equal amount of money as when the money's coming from the state. But oh, that's right, you don't give much of a shit about equality.

    Theres something inherently wrong, with taking money from someone to give it to someone else. If I want to give my money to crack addicts I can do it on my own, anyway. I believe it was Ben Franklin, a man well known for his charity who said the best thing to be done for the poor is to make them uncomfortable, in there poverty so they will improve themselves.

  10. Feeling you should be entitled to something without having to give something in return is a classic symptom of narcisism. I for one am happy to in a country which has rejected the entitlement culture. November 2010 was good. November 2012 will be better.

    Funny. Every working man pays to his country. It's called tax. You get nothing for free from your country. You pay for everything. Don't be naive. Of course I expect my country to finance my health care and my college because they're taking certain amount of money from my salary every month.

    On the other side, when you live in USA, you also pay taxes and you still have to pay to hospital to fix your broken leg.

    I never said I want to be completely on my home you imature SOB. I just want a small governement.

    And since the goverenment pays for you college and healthecare, they can take them away at any time.

    Sometimes in the dark hours of the night I think about how my life would have turned out had i gone to college on the governements dime. Than I come here, and decide becoming an elitist ass woulnd't be worth the education.
