    Yeah, It's just that when you start to read your post, you do sounds quite negative and most of the time sarcastic. I hope you know that yourself.
    But i've been on this site long enough to see your reviews, recordings etc. and read enough posts to understand that you're actually a really great fan and i definately always enjoy you being around here
    I hope you understand what i mean cause it seems i'm really bad with words nowadays.

  5. I appreciate the relevance One Tree Hill has with regards to New Zealand, Greg Carroll etc. and why they make a point of playing it when they're down that neck of the woods. I just wish they'd play it in other parts of the world too!

    As I said before, I would consider myself as a casual fan or whatever you wanna call it. I love about half of their stuff. I buy their records because I'm interested in their new musical output. I own a (shrinking) bootleg collection because the band has a ton of amazing live moments and for trading purposes.
    I tape them because I wanna have a souvenir of the concert (like with most other gigs I go to) and for trading purposes.

    Anyway, we differ in our definitions of "casual fans". I consider myself a casual fan of, let's say, Arcade Fire, Red Hot Chili Peppers or Radiohead. I like most of the stuff I've heard from them (and usually own most of it), but I don't bit my nails when a record of theirs is just about to hit the stores, I don't sleep on the streets just to get a ticket for a show, and I don't put my >300€ recording equipment on risk just to have a souvenir of the show. That are the kind of things I (would) do for a band of which I'm a great/hardcore/big/whatever fan.

    when bono asks what's your name u can hear a guy screaming Sara...well..that's me!

    i m here to ask to any of u if u have any video of that moment - right before moment of surrender - because i'd love to see Bono's face when i started screaming into the phone...
