1. What song was used as the outro (I.E in the same way U2 360 is using "Rocket Man") for the Vertigo Tour?

Also: Aren't there forums for discussion of previous tours? :S
  2. U2 Live
All discussion on the live shows, the stage and setlists.

That forum isn't tour specific. It can be used for all.
  3. Then where's teh archivez?
  4. It´s The Go-Betweens - Streets Of Your Town

guess this one can be closed now....
  5. Wait for it...

    Wait for it...

    Edit: Awww!

Not the one I had in mind. Let me see if I can pull out a video of it...

Nope – no such luck! I'll get more specific though:

I heard it right after a minute's silence succeeding the second performance of Vertigo on the 2005-07-29 Gothenburg show. It's only played very briefly before Bono for some reason comes back to the mic and says "I can see for miles" (lol). It's some soft electronic stuff with a woman singing.

    ...It's great/craving/grey/and ... science/silence... When I'm/without ... earthquake, birds are singing so/sound heavenly/heavily...
  6. 3rd leg had Still Water by Danny Lanois, 2nd leg had "end of the world as we know it" by R.E.M., if I remember right. Can't remember the 1st leg.
  7. It is possible that some other song was played afterwards, but this one's in the bootleg I got from U2start, and is definitely the first one succeeding the concert
  8. Yup, it must be "The End of the World as We Know It". Fuunny what lyrics I heard when comparing my perceptions. xD

What version is that, though? :O
  9. It was definitely It's The End Of The World (...) by REM on the Madrid 2005 concert (~2nd leg), I remember it like it was yesterday. The perfect song to keep the adrenalyne levels after the show
  10. Melbourne was definitely Streets Of Your Town
  11. Thank you all for your help.

What version is that, though, with the description I made above? :O
