1. The God Part 2 snippet in WOWY from the Zoo TV Vancouver show is great, everyone here should listen to that

  2. It was discussed long time ago, everyone agreed it's a mindblowing snippet

  3. I thought it wasnt a very well-known snippet. Yesterday I listend to that show, I really rarely listen to a complete show, and I just couldnt stop listening to With Or Without You. Amazing pefromance and that snippet just makes it a fantastic version
  4. I'm thinking that Edge looks quite goofy on that pic

and I also think that the fact that I'm having a U2 break since the Brazil shows really is a healthy thing. I don't even think about the band and their music, the tour, the setlist and everything else these days. It feels good. And I'm looking forward to the day I'll get back to them
  5. in 28 years of U2 Fan "career" i had just some months of black period, let's call it in this way.
that happened between the release of the Bomb and the first Vertigo show i attended.
the listening of that album at that time started a process of departure from the band, a growing disaffection.
but when i saw them coming out on stage .. well .. suddenly one thought came in my mind .. how much "stupid" i had been during those months.
that moment showed me that i would have never had another black period and so it is.
just few months in 28 years when i tried to get out from U2. what it's clear since long time is that I CAN'T
  6. mixed emotions today ..

excitement - another leg is going to start
melancholy - the last 360 leg is going to start
  7. 360 back tonight and only 6 weeks til I see them at Glasto.

    I am buzzing !!!!
  8. I was having a conversation with the wife this morning about how weird it is that men have little obsessions that women don't really understand (I know there are exceptions to the rule). For some, there obsession is their football team. Others are obsessed with fishing. There are those that can't get enough of golf. I am obsessed with U2 and I'm just about coming to terms with it. I've even felt good enough about it to admit it to the wife.

Of course, she just rolled her eyes and changed the topic of conversation.

  9. Ouch is actually what I think when I realize I'm not included in the catergory of people who's attending that history-making festival
  10. Look, the best-rated comment on a youtube video for One Tree Hill:
My dad named me after this song... Jara, that's my name!!! And this is why U2 is great...not only what they have done for me, but for what they have done for everyone in the world. When it comes to music, charities, donations, and hope. U2 is and will always be the best band ever..

    Yes, yes, yes.
