1. First, I've searched in forums and did not find any topic like that, if there is, please close it and show me!

Maybe I'm kind of crazy, but I've just been on Youtube and listened to the performance from Bad in Turin, 2001-07-21. It just hurt my ears (especially the last "Wide awakes" ), and I went to the show page on U2Start. It seems this gig was not good at all...

From that point, I'm actually wondering: what are, in your opinion, the worst U2 gigs? I think this could be interesting, and it could show our different interpretations on what is a bad (thus, a good) gig. Many people consider Popmart Las Vegas as bad, but finally isn't it kind of prestigious?

    Thanks for you answers
  2. should be something from vertigo i reckon
  3. Indeed during Vertigo: Brussels first night of the european leg... what a difference with the ones in September at the same place...
  4. A good portion of the popmart gigs
  5. +1 for Vertigo Brussels
  6. Typically the first handful of gigs on any tour are quite poor. To me, San Diego II 2005 would get an honorable mention here.
Of all gigs I've been to, I'd rate both Gelsenkirchen gigs (2005 & 2009) rather low - 2009 probably the worst...
  7. Plus one for Gelsenkirchen. Extremely flat.
  8. Id say Vienna 2010
  9. About time for someone to try and convince the rest of us that the show they attended was notactually the worst U2 show, but in fact, the best ever.
  10. Every U2 concert before Boy was terrible and worst than any concert since then.

Worst concerts since - First few weeks of PopMart and the Sarajevo concert.
  11. Sarajevo in terms of performance yes. If it was in any other city that gig would want to be forgotten about
