  1. Back to PEARL Jam...

    Apparently it would be sort of good to live in Iowa this fall (and be a fan of Pearl Jam, of course). They aren't actually playing in Iowa but a playing in five of the six States that border on it!
  3. I live in a relatively orange/brown region on the above map...as do Nick and Ed. The band is playing in rather yellow regions.

  7. Matt as Im sure most will agree, the 'tour" makes no sense. They toured the album in Oct - Nov 2013 when it was released...then that was it..half a year later they will tour in Europe , then a full year later they will do another mini-me tour of the States.

    Why even bother , the LP has died now and is forgotten, by the fall only the diehards will remember LB.......they should have obviously toured hard in the winter ...but I guess they figure F that we dont have to ...weird IMO .
  8. Very into Bruce at the moment....his shows this year were insane....and he has finally released gigs online aka PJ....


    He is the best live period..IMO of course..and Ron's...lol

  9. Yes, which makes it even harder for me to go to a show in Detroit on a Thursday.

    I don't/shouldn't complain - I get LOTS of holidays. Unfortunately, I have absolutely ZERO say in when they are.

    They did this (or something similar) last time around for Backspacer, I guess - which isn't necessarily a good thing.

    I can't say LB has stuck with me. Sure, I like the album versions of Getaway and Infallible (not as good on the bootlegs, however) and Pendulum is a great opener but I have to admit I don't ever have a big yearning to hear those 12 songs.

    You two (Nick and Ed) must be breathing a sigh of relief. The shot- from-behind-the-net-that-banked-off-an-opponent's-skate-into-the-net both hurt and helped your NYR's.

    PS I can't stand "Danny" Briere and his little celebratory fist pump.
