1. Now that's enough whining/excuse-making from me.
  2. Makes sense then . Too bad they didnt do a proper tour , but we know what the deal is with this band and touring .

You take what you get .
  3. You can't complain though, at least they are touring.
  4. Although it is nothing compared to Peter and you this summer, Kieran, I did get to see them twice in 2013. Before this, I had never gone to multiple concerts for one band in a single year. In fact, only twice before I have seen the same band in back-to-back years (in case anyone's wondering the shows were GNR 91/92 and Oasis 01/02...plus I almost saw U2 in 09/10 but Bono's bad back delayed things by a year).

Anyway, I really just want to see Pearl Jam in Toronto again - and I am hoping to do another first for me: Two shows in a row.

I suppose one might argue that I could rent a car and take it to Detroit - but then the cost of going to the show would start to get a little ridiculous.

  6. ...and I still can't believe you are going to FIVE (!!!!!!) shows in a matter of a couple of weeks this summer!
  7. I mean really....FIVE SHOWS!!!!! I can only imagine how many songs you'll get to check off your "bucket list."
  8. There's a good chance you'll hear all of Ten over the course of these five shows and most of Vs and Vitalogy!
  9. I should have urged my wife to take a trip to Europe this summer (although June is still too early for me) instead of British Columbia.
  10. Crap...I'm rambling again.
  11. Come to the UK in July and go to Leeds and Milton Keynes.

There is a huge possibility that they won't play a song I'm dying to see. I'd love to see 'Hard to Imagine', obviously among many more.

Even though I'm not leaving my own country, all my travel money for this summer has been spent or accounted for. That said, your recommendation is a great one.

What about "Wash?" I take it that you prefer H2I over it.
